How does Electric Turmeric 2 taste different from the original?
You spoke and we listened. Electric Turmeric 2 replaced fermented turmeric with Sri Lankan turmeric for a much smoother, slightly earthy flavor. Paired with naturally sweet Ceylon cinnamon and a touch of pepper, this blend is perfectly balanced with or without a splash of your favorite nut milk.
When should I drink this tea?
Since Electric Turmeric 2 is caffeine free, it can be enjoyed at anytime of day! We especially love it in the evenings to decompress and relax.
Is this fasting friendly?
Since turmeric naturally contains some calories (<5 kcal), we don't consider this tea to be fasting friendly.
What's the best way to make my Electric Turmeric 2?
We suggest mixing this tea with hot (but not boiling - up to 180°F is ideal) water and allow it to settle a few minutes before enjoying. We also especially love it as a Golden Milk Latte! You can find our recipe here.
Can I add milk or sweetener to my Electric Turmeric 2? Will this hinder any health benefits?
